Board Assessments:

Our goal is to help you ensure you have a board of directors composed of the right people utilizing the best practices; one that supports the needs of a dynamic, growing organization. Is your board utilizing good governance practices? Are they communicating well and making good decisions on behalf of the shareholders and the company? Are they providing appropriate guidance and resources?

Should your board be faced with challenges related to composition, we will look at whether the board’s talents are serving the company’s current and next stages of development and positioning the company for success. Culture Assessments:

360 Degree Feedback Assessments:

We developed our 360° Feedback Process to give leaders and executives the insights and tools to improve their effectiveness and leverage their strengths for greater success. This confidential process evaluates perspectives and input from multiple parties to gain a thorough understanding of limitations, strengths, potential barriers, competencies, gaps, key themes, etc. The 360° Feedback Process is available for managers, leaders, and executives, and can be customized based on your needs. Additionally, we offer this feedback process to executive teams, where we run a consolidated report to identify where the collective strengths and gaps exist. From there, we select mentors within your team to leverage your teams’ strengths and improve overall performance.

Organizational Development Assessments:

Sometimes companies experience a little “sand in the gears”, when things aren’t necessarily broken, but the organization is just not working at its full potential. Through this assessment process, we take a close look at the root causes that may be impacting performance. Sometimes, a lack of foundational elements – vision, values, mission – can throw things out of alignment. This assessment will help us navigate the best path forward, whether it’s redesigning a performance management system, restructuring a leadership team, targeted coaching, or developing a solution that’s specific to your company alone. Organizational Development Assessments can also proactively identify process improvements to build on your strengths, taking your company to the next level.
