Catriona joined The Leadership Edge in 2026, as the Global Director of Communication Training. She brings her creativity, strong relationships and strategic thinking to her role each day as she guides the development and delivery of the 2Connect product line of communication and presentation skills training programs that are delivered worldwide.
Catriona brings 11 years of experience developing confident and compelling communicators from her role as Training Director at 2Connect. She partners with her clients to identify the needs of the individuals and their teams, which then results in the creation and delivery of customized solutions that leave a meaningful impact on business objectives.
Prior to joining 2Connect, Catriona was part of the exciting world of online start-ups. Part of her role included coaching world-renowned authors, doctors and experts in crafting their messages for online platforms. This allowed Catriona to help many entrepreneurs launch their businesses and reach their professional goals.
Catriona is known for her positive and inclusive leadership style and her ability to keep participants focused. Clients Catriona works with share that they appreciate her taking the time to get to know their needs, and unique presentation content.
