KEY GIGS:
John has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and people operations, both as a leader and training leaders. Prior to moving to San Diego with his wife and daughter, John was a state-licensed mental health therapist with his own successful private practice.
Upon relocating to San Diego, John felt the urge to take his career experience in a new direction. Focusing on his extensive background in human behavior and psychology, John has spent the last few years developing up and coming leaders through increasing their personal and interpersonal awareness, training on key theories of leadership, assessing leadership potential and development, and helping companies identify themselves from a culture-perspective; growing the culture they want to produce the results they desire.
John facilitates and teaches as if he were in the audience. Not one for long lectures and note-taking, John’s facilitations are rooted in a dynamic delivery of content that focuses heavily on experiential learning and group dialog. He believes knowledge is best taught through doing and experiencing.
