By 1995 she expanded her strategic communication skills to the pharmaceutical industry where she led award-winning public relations teams that created powerful patient, crisis, consumer and blockbuster drug campaigns. This is where she discovered her passion for the combination of effective leadership and executive communications to create transformation and impactful change.
Starting in 1996, Judi was an active member of Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA). In 2005 she took positions as an HBA Metro Chapter, Board Member. And in 2006, she co-created and launched the HBA’s flagship Mentoring Program – their longest running and career-enhancing program to date.

Her clients include Fortune 500, as well as, biotech companies. This broad experience, combined with her use of a research-based leadership development methodology, has helped her to understand what it takes to develop leaders who transform from proving their worth to owning their value and making a difference.
