She partners closely with clients and our team to spearhead a solution design and delivery approach to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
She supports our strategic partnerships with associations, industry leaders, and like-minded organizations that strengthen the life sciences ecosystem. Through these relationships, she helps maintain The Leadership Edge as a trusted partner of choice that is deeply connected, forward-looking, and grounded in the realities our clients face in complex markets.
Mia is often found contributing at industry events, executive roundtables, conferences, speaking engagements, and on Boards where she is valued for her insights, knowledge, engaging presence, and ability to connect people.
Her background includes over 20 years of partnering with HR leaders across leadership development, talent initiatives, staffing and workforce solutions, giving her a broad, pragmatic understanding of the people challenges fast-paced organizations face. Combined with experience in technology and marketing environments, Mia brings strong commercial instincts, adaptability, and a deep care for the client experience and the people around her.
Known for her warmth, humor, and positive energy, Mia is a passionate advocate for clients, partners, and colleagues. She serves on the leadership team at The Leadership Edge, always thinking holistically about client needs, company strategy, and how to deliver impactful and effective solutions.
