KEY GIGS:
As The Leadership Edge’s Global Director of Communication Coaching Services,
Nikki oversees the communication coaching side of the business. In addition, Nikki delivers our communication and presentation skills training and coaching programs while playing a key role in the ongoing development of our communication skills trainers. Based in North Carolina, Nikki supports our clients’ managers and executives, globally.Nikki has a tremendous background in designing learning and development programs and process improvement initiatives. She has assisted in the successful implementation of change management plans for both large and small organizations as a consultant. In these roles she served as a facilitator and coach to help individuals and teams improve performance.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
MBA and MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International
Certification in the Wagner/Coffey/Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Model
