With her diverse industry background, Rina has over 1500 hours of coaching experience with senior leaders across multiple industries including life sciences, biotech, pharma and healthcare. Rina has over 25 years of experience working in Europe, Asia and North America to enable clients to find creative solutions to solve complex business issues. Her focus is on driving leadership agility to proactively meet the needs of a constantly changing and competitive business environment.
Rina co-founded a content creation startup where she was General Manager and raised $2.5M seed investment to launch a successful product for venture capital.
She designed and delivered a 15 week program on Managing Ambiguity at a life sciences organization to support multiple teams in adapting to the rapidly changing pandemic environment. Topics included resilience, managing change, driving innovation and creativity and stakeholder and conflict management.
She has designed, developed and delivered curriculum for leaders at all levels using a range of modalities (virtual, hybrid and in-person)
