KEY GIGS:
Shannon serves as The Leadership Edge’s Custom Solutions Liaison. Shannon has been committed to enhancing the education of individuals and groups for the past decade. She has served as Program Coordinator at a college for executive coaching, was a Behavioral Therapist, and was both a Trainer and Mentor for Tutors at Santa Barbara City College. Shannon will direct The Leadership Edge’s custom client experiences by managing leadership programs and materials, shaping projects with the business development team, and overseeing each project from inception to client fulfillment.
