Since joining The Leadership Edge in 1997, Tiffany has achieved tremendous success; rising from the role of bookkeeper to VP Operations, to COO. In 2024, she was promoted to President, where she currently oversees all day-to-day operational aspects of the company.
Tiffany combines enterprise-wide thinking with a strong attention to detail. She runs a tight ship and ensures that every interaction with our clients exceeds their expectations and that every solution we provide is delivered flawlessly. She is known as an inspirational, approachable, and insightful leader, supporting innovative thinking and life-long learning that results in an organizational mindset of, “How can we make this better?”
Over the years, she has developed and integrated all of our organizational systems, ensuring efficiency while upholding the high level of quality and client service that defines The Leadership Edge.
