How did we change as a team in the early stages of the pandemic?
Finding our way through the pandemic has taught us all a great deal. As we prepare for our new beginning that lies ahead with the anticipated approvals of therapies and vaccines, The Leadership Edge operations team shares their lessons learned from the early days of the pandemic, in hopes that they can be applied today, to create a phenomenal future for us all.
How did we change as a team in the early stages of the pandemic?
“Our team is close, we communicate a lot, not only about work and clients, but about our personal lives and families, as well. We quickly understood that we needed to take care of our families, and that now, more than ever, we are committed to our clients and purpose” Tiffany Rapp
“Even though we were physically distant, it brought us closer to tackle these big changes together, both personally and professionally. We felt safe sharing thoughts, ideas, feelings and hurdles. We checked in with each other at a deeper level than ever before.” Mia Sandvol
“Our leader worked tirelessly around the clock to shift the business to meet the needs of a new normal. Her hard work, open communication and empathy inspired us all to operate at the same level.” Amy Bergen
“We became closer as a team. We had daily Zoom SCRUM meetings. Before the pandemic, there were days I would not see all of my team members as we were working out of different offices or on appointments. Now we see each other on Zoom every day.” Lisa D’Angelo
