What changes have you made in your routines to become more efficient with this new work environment?
Most of us are not currently commuting to and from work every day, which, for some, has freed up a significant amount of time daily. Yet, for those with additional work and family responsibilities; homeschooling, a loss of your support systems, etc, you may find that you have even less time than while working in a traditional workplace. Either way, a re-evaluation of your day might be necessary to make sure you fulfill all of your responsibilities while allowing for critically important self-care.
What changes did you make in your routines to become more efficient?

“I provided more structure to my day, I scheduled time to take care of myself with exercise and meditation, and as a team, we continuously re-evaluate what is and isn’t working and make the necessary changes.”
” I’ve always been a routine person and compartmentalize my priorities and tasks, but what I realized is that when there is a shift, sometimes I have to go with the flow and that is not always a bad thing.”
“I made sure to continue to exercise daily. It is crucial to my sanity. I also made sure to get outside in the sun daily, a quick walk outside in the sunshine refreshed me and made me work more efficiently in the afternoon.”
